process opt_kdtrace.h correctly

Some kernel modules (sys/modules/cam, sys/modules/hyperv/netvsc and
sys/modules/linux_common) do not build using 10.3-BETA1 sources complaining=
 on
missing files like opt_kdtrace.h, opt_inet.h, opt_inet6.h. A patch is attac=
hed.
