I wouldn't choose either one, What Ever. Have a look at AMD's Athlon XP offerings, or the Duron if you're really strapped for cash. I use a 1GHz Athlon with 512 megs of DDR RAM and it *screams*. Compare the prices as well, you'll find that the AMD hardware is cheaper than Intel's stuff.
