Hm,

I think /compat/linux/sbin/ldconfig -p shows
that jdk-libs are in the ldconfig of linux

I think that is not necessary, since it is set in the script!

So remove this and try again.

P.S I have no mentioning of JDK-libs in either ldconfig.
