I am only aware of E, AS, WM and blackbox as theme-friendly window
managers.  Where did than number (I assume you mean there are 30
distinct window managers that use themes) come from?

For instance, I believe all the afterstep-* ports can share theme
files.  And ports like "enlightenment-conf" and "libdockapp" don't
require themes, of course. :)
