on Aug 19, Bill Paul <wpaul@xylophone.comet.columbia.edu> posted to
the newsgroup comp.unix.bsd.freebsd.misc about his support to change
the MAC address of a ethernet card under FreeBSD. see:

	http://www.freebsd.org/~wpaul/mac.tar.gz

there is no documentation in the distribution, and he put some in the news
article.

See deja-news for the article, (message-id <7pf3mv$qhe$1@sol.ctr.columbia.edu>)
