If you want to delete Win95, you can use the existing FAT. :)
Otherwise you will need to partition.  FIPS is availible to do this pretty well.

Yes, JDK 1.1.5 is availible at http://www.freebsd.org/java/

I know that WindowMaker and Afterstep both work on FreeBSD and are made to
resemble NeXT.  Both use GNUStep in their latest forms.
