 /etc/mail/sendmail.cw is allright ? Did you check for an "Fw-o
/etc/mail/sendmail.cw" line ?

 I'd like to know what you find out, I'm about to upgrade a production
server from 3.2-STABLE to 3.3-RELEASE (BTW, any other problems ?)...
