I realized, the header files need to be installed
 (${PREFIX}/include/djvu).
I also renamed the port from libdjvu to djvu -- it installs several
 binaries to
${PREFIX}/bin and is not just a library.

The latest version of the port is in
     ftp://ftp.video-collage.com/pub/FreeBSD/djvu-port.shar
(on the fly compression is available).
