Hi Bernard

It appears the php56 port USES=pgsql, which means users can use
"DEFAULT_VERSIONS" (in /etc/make.conf) to set the PostgreSQL version the
port should use.

See /usr/ports/Mk/bsd.default-versions.mk for more information
