You might want to change the order of the diff command at line 97 before anyone
commits this script. It would be more intuitive that way.

However I would like to leave the order the same in the messages:

MD5 check FAILED for $src_files/$x /etc/$x
MD5 check PASSED for $src_files/$x /etc/$x

as it makes it easier to do an X windows cut and paste to your 'cp -p' command.

"If it is true that our Universe has a zero net value for all conserved
quantities, then it may simply be a fluctuation of the vacuum of some
larger space in which our Universe is imbedded. In answer to the
question of why it happened, I offer the modest proposal that our
Universe is simply one of those things which happen from time to time."
