Yoohoo Jonathan,

Just what did it take to make it work?

Reconfiguring the kernel or applying the patch to if_ed.c probe routine?

If the patch is required I'd like to push someone to apply it before rolling
2.1 so we don't have to answer the same question for the next 6 months.

I sure there are lots ot other things to spend time on....
