After going from 2.1.5R to current, then to 2.1.6R something appears to 
be hosed. I would greatly appreciate if someone would tell me what I need 
to re-make in /usr/src.

$ irc smak
*** Unable to connect to port 6667 of server irc.best.net: Address family 
not supported by protocol family

$ ssh -l smak localhost
rresvport: Protocol not available

telnet, ftp, mail, and lynx work fine
