You may want to try rebuilding libtool13.  I cannot reproduce this
problem, and you're the only one to report it.  Note: --disable-ltlibs
is valid for ltconfig 1.3.  Make sure the only ltconfig13 on your system
is in /usr/local/share/libtool13.
