I don't think that the 4.2-RELEASE has not yet been 'released'. Take a look at the CHECKSUM.MD5 file in the iso directory, there isn't anything for 4.2 yet. Give it a little while for the official release announcement and I'm sure the perms will be different then. Also the filesize is only 630MB so it might not all be there yet.
