Seems more likely to be a bug in du, don't you think?

The 98% full, remember, just means 98% of the non-reserved space, which 
is usually 92% of the disk, so that 98% basically means 91%, which is 
consistent with the size it reports.

You can find out, though:  Just create a file (as roon) thats around 
0.2G (200M) and if it succeeds, then you know that du is lying; if it 
fails, then df is lying.
