Hi there folks. Just reporting... I was searching the FreeBSD Handbook in my native language pt_BR but it has a broken link: http://www.freebsd.org/doc/pt_BR.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/index.html I really don't know about your translation process but i could help it if needed.
