That's up to the maintainer.

As another respondant mentioned, all versions of FreeBSD share the same
ports tree. But the samba port hasn't yet been updated to 2.0.7, you'll
have to talk to the maintainer (hosokawa@jp.FreeBSD.org) to see what plans
there are for the update.
