Synopsis: Kernel panic on install State-Changed-From-To: open->feedback State-Changed-By: gavin State-Changed-When: Fri Jun 13 14:14:14 UTC 2008 State-Changed-Why: To submitter: could you please give us some more details about the panic you are experiencing? At a minimum, we really need the full panic text (all 15 or so lines) and a few lines from before the panic to try to establish exactly where this is panicing. A good quality digital photo is usually enough unless you have a serial console set up or some other way of capturing an image. Lastly, is this a new system, or has it run a previous version of FreeBSD successfully?
