Hi,

I get the following error when trying to dump my disks on tape:

Mar 1 14:33:59 qix /kernel: aha0: Invalid bus phase/sequence
Mar 1 14:34:05 qix /kernel: st0(aha0:4:0): UNIT ATTENTION asc:29,0
Mar 1 14:34:05 qix /kernel: st0(aha0:4:0): Power on, reset, or bus
device reset occurred
Mar 1 14:34:05 qix /kernel: st0: oops not queued
Mar 1 14:34:05 qix /kernel: st0(aha0:4:0): NOT READY asc:4,0
Mar 1 14:34:05 qix /kernel: st0(aha0:4:0): Logical unit not ready,
cause not reportable

The problem occur after about 1 hour of operation. The tape drive is
the only device connected to the adaptec:
Feb 29 02:57:05 qix /kernel: aha0 at 0x330-0x333 irq 11 drq 5 on isa
Feb 29 02:57:05 qix /kernel: (aha0:4:0): "SONY SDT-5000 3.02" type 1
removable SCSI 2
Feb 29 02:57:05 qix /kernel: st0(aha0:4:0): Sequential-Access density
code 0x13, drive empty

Any idea?

Jean-Marc
