This my own update to 2.0.4 of the port which is based upon a version I
found in GNATS. It is still using some dependencies which use gtk12
libs instead of gtk20 libs (but I don't think you will see any gtk12
widget in gnucash).

So far I just started it and exited it immediately (an "it runs"-test),
I didn't had time to try to do something with it.
