Synopsis: misc/compat4x: wrong directory is ldconfig'ed when installing 32-bit libs on 64-bit host

State-Changed-Why:

You didn't mention if both your -current system and compat4x
port are up to date. There have been a lot of changes in
how this port works over the last few weeks, and a new
mechanism introduced to HEAD to better handle ports that
just need to have a directory ldconfig'ed.

Also, it's not clear to me at what stage in the process
the lib32 dir is not getting ldconfig'ed. Is this at
install time, boot time, other?
