I cvsupped to 4.5-STABLE on 3/20/02 and i'm starting to see some kernel
panics on a system which had previously been rock stable.  This wasn't a
laptop suspend/resume problem, this is a K6/233 running various services
(nothing too stressful).

gdb-k and dmesg follow.  Sorry this kernel wasn't build originally with
-g, I'm going to rectify that for next time:
