Sorry for the late notice, but the ports tree is frozen immediately
until 8pm tonight.  All commits to the ports tree has to be either
approved by me (if you want something to go in) or requested by me
(by an explicit "hey this doesn't work!" message or an implicit "mark
this BROKEN, doesn't fetch").

Thanks for your cooperation, and again sorry for the short notice.

It would be nice to have them by 20:00 PST, July 21st since that's
when I expect to be putting the final CD images together.
