Synopsis: Portsmon's portdependencytree.py is down

Responsible-Changed-From-To: freebsd-www->linimon

Responsible-Changed-Why:
I'll look into it.

What seems to be happening is statistical. Sometimes database
connections fail. The code itself hasn't changed for quite some
time; this happened when the ports tree on that machine was upgraded.
