probably you are searching a very old archive because my advice is _DO
NOT_ get a soundblaster, but rather get some WSS/MSS clone based on the
Crystal CS423x or Yamaha OPL/SAx codec or, failing that, OPTI931
(these are true full duplex cards, ISA, PnP, cheap and well supported
under FreeBSD by the "pcm" driver).
