Well, there are some, perhaps, but also a good sense of moral
propriety.  To counter your example:

[kadmin@archangel][~]
touch woman

Probably you weren't allowed to `touch woman` 'cuz you
weren't at $HOME.  That stuff out on the road can be
dangerous ;-)
