When I ran 'make buildworld' under /usr/src I got this error:

before I use to get error code 1 and error code 2 and sometimes my
computer would just reboot itself after crashing while trying to make
buildworld. Im guesing fatal signal 11 has to do with bad memory or does
it? How could I circumvent this problem in order to upgrade my box?
