After getting doc & www w/ cvsup, try the following:

  cd /usr
  CVSROOT=/home/ncvs cvs co doc www
  cd www
  make
  cd en
  make
  cd ..
  make DESTDIR=/usr/local/www/data/FreeBSD install

Your path names may vary, and you may need to add something to dodge 
the www/ports build if you don't cvsup the ports.
