NO NO NO, PCIC is *true* ISA device. Some PCIC connect to PCI, it is other problem. i82365, CLPD6710, RF5C396, VG468, ... , these are *ISA* PCIC. It is available ISA card for desktop PC in market. NOT Note-PC and on mother-board only ! In kernel, it should be attach ISA device.
