Hi I need to use a printer (on lpt0) with my FreeBSD-3.1-RELEASE workstation, so i am checking the parallel port configuration. As described in the documentation, I configured my kernel to use ppbus and nplt0, but I found out that no nlpt0 device was in my /dev directory. With MAKEDEV I obtain this: /dev#>./MAKEDEV nlpt0 nlpt0 - no such device name Can someone help me?
