Hi,

Give RSS and the RSS bind options in -HEAD a shot. I can get ~400k pps
tx and rx per RSS bucket up to the number of CPU cores / queues
supported. (So, I got up to 16 queues on ixgbe on a 2x8 core box with
some local hacks.) It scaled linearly.

Anything we can do to bump those numbers higher would be great.
