When I put the about:plugins as the URL.  I get, among others:

    Shockwave Flash

      File name: npwrapper.libflashplayer.so
      Shockwave Flash 7.0 r70

    MIME Type =09Description =09Suffixes =09Enabled
    application/x-shockwave-flash =09Shockwave Flash =09swf =09Yes
    application/futuresplash =09FutureSplash Player =09spl =09Yes

Both.  Where the flash player should be is totally blank in firefox.  =20

I just set hw.snd.compat_linux_mmap: 1 but still no change.
