Actually, CONFLICTS are decided by whether or not a port installs files in
the same place as another port. apache 2 and apache 1.3 install the
following files in the same place:
sbin/ab
sbin/apachectl
sbin/apxs
sbin/httpd
sbin/logresolve
sbin/rotatelogs
