In most cases sysutils/portsearch can answer this question:
"which port installs movtar_play, but I do not have that port installed?"

% portsearch -f movtar_play
Port:   libmovtar-0.1.3_2
Path:   /usr/ports/multimedia/libmovtar
Info:   Supports reading/writing of MJPEG video in YUV 4:2:2 JPEG
...
