 No, it's more like the problem is something what you have installed that  
 libxul has picked up. I don't mean it's bug in what you have installed,  
 which it's a bug in libxul that need to reorder the -I/usr/local stuff.  
 Show us the pkg_info and I might spot what libxul doesn't like what you  
 have installed stuff.
