use netgraph...

The ng_tty node connects directly to a tty port
that can be connected directly to a ng_ksocket node
that can be bound to a udp port and address of another
ksocket node somewhere else, which is attached to a
ng-tty node there..

Anything coming in one port will be bound up in a udp packet
and passed to the other machine where it will be unpacked.
