Ok, What do I have set up wrong? I cannot compile the kernel because I get a tz.tz_minuteswest is not constant error??? I am pretty sure after reading the error (10 times) that I do not have my TIMEZONE, and DST variables set properly. What exactly am I supposed to fix so that the kernel will compile.
