dear freebsd-bluetooth@ users,

i'm pleased to announce that i've just imported btpand(8) daemon from
netbsd. this daemon provides support for NAP, GN and PANU profiles.
i've briefly tested it with a couple of PAN-enabled devices (i.e. my
windows-xp laptop and old hp ipaq 1940 running windows ce 4.20).

this is not yet connected to the build, but it is possible to build
and run it. please give it a try and let me know if it works for you.
