Try something resembling:

	DISTNAME= xmame-${PORTVERSION}-with-xmess-UNOFFICIAL

(see http://www.freebsd.org/porters-handbook/x487.html).

The file won't get fetched a second time, unless the user deletes it in
the meantime.
