One good news more. ;-)
Kldload seems to be a bit late and nothing happened. But the line
'ng_ubt_load="YES"' added to /boot/loader.conf gave this at boot
time:

ubt0: Interface 0 endpoints: interrupt=0x81, bulk-in=0x82, bulk-out=0x2
