What do you want it to do? Run as a client or a server?

To get an address from an existing server simply type (as root):
# dhclient your-interface

where "your-interface" might be fxp0 or de0 or ed0 ...

To make it work at boot, edit /etc/rc.conf and the ifconfig variable 
for your interface should be simply, "DHCP" as in

ifconfig_fxp0="DHCP"
