I think perhaps I'm not making myself clear; I'm not actively searching
for a tool to convert images to the ICON-BADGE format required by the
forth startup scripts of a Mac.
I'm just saying that if I had the need for such a tool, it do it's work
in one single step, without any manual steps required by me. Example:

tool -option orginal.picture icon-badge.output

Anything else is too much manual work for me. :-)

Have a nice and problem-free day / afternoon!
