http://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=190486 Bug ID: 190486 Summary: firefox-29.0,1 does not display google page translations Product: Ports Tree Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: Needs Triage Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: freebsd-ports-bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: rfg@tristatelogic.com While using firefox-29.0,1 if one performs a google search for something, and if one of the hits comes up with a "Translate this page" link (i.e. because the search hit in question is a page written in some other language) and if one then clicks on that link, none of the translated page will be shown by firefox... no text, no graphics, nothing. I have reproduced this exact same problem also while using Firefox 29.0.1 on Windows 7 also. Recent vintage versions of the Opera browser do not exhibit the problem. How-To-Repeat: 0) Start the Firefox broswer. Go to http://www.google.com/ 1) Using the Firefox browser, google for something (e.g.) "elvsoft.com". 2) Click on the "Translate this page" link. 3) Note the large blank space where the page translation should appear. Fix: I have no idea. Sorry. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
