Yo,
this is a stupid question, but i just can't figure out what this means
and how it comes:

i got 2 NICs installed in my system, as to route packets, one connected
to the isp (cable conn), one to the local network, with the local
address 192.168.10.2.

now whenever i have something to do with sendmail (cron for example) it
keeps telling me something like the following:
sendmail [1938] gethostbyaddr(192.168.10.2) failed: 1

what the hell is going wrong? where can i correct this? "man sendmail"
wasn't useful either.
is it because of the 2 NICs that actually have the same hostname
associated to their specific addresses?

anyone know? anyone know where to find doc about this?
thanks

regards
Andreas Ntaflos
