Looks like the horizontal is 30-86kHz and the vertical is 50-180Hz (this 
is from the "Input Signal: Frequency" field of the yellow table in the 
middle of the page).

Don't worry too much about your monitor. Most good modern monitors can 
take refresh rates as high as X can dish out. I've never ruined any of 
mine. ;)
