I've been planning to upgrade the version of flyspray in ports to something
more recent for some while, but the authors have stopped supplying
.tar.{gz,bz2} distros, and their zip archiver is broken enough to make
INFO-ZIP return a status !=0 on unzipping, which breaks ports. I pointed
this out to them some while back, but they haven't done anything about it.

I think I'll just host an unofficial .tar.bz2 file somewhere else for the
time being and upgrade ports to 0.9.9.5.1 using that file.

 Nick
