Testing 4.7 snapshot.

uname -a says:
FreeBSD 78LYH8R.chello.nl 4.7-PRERELEASE-20020907-JPSNAP
FreeBSD 4.7-PRERELEASE-20020907-JPSNAP #0: Sat Sep 7 01:30:42 GMT 2002
root@tora.jp.freebsd.org:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC i386

IBM Thinkpad. dmesg output at end.

Notes:

 - The graphical XFree86 config did not start. I ended up
copying my XFree86 config file from my 4.6-RELEASE partition.
   Worked fine.

 - I noticed that there is no schg flag on /kernel . I looked
briefly through the filesystem looking for any chflag flags
   but did not find any.

 - Downloaded and built qt-x11-free-3.0.5 with only a minor glitch
in a makefile. No compiler problems.

 - Downloaded and built KDE 3.0.3. Several makefile problems
but again, no compiler problems. Couldn't finish because
   of time pressures.

Cheers,
jpb
