Had you read the whole thing, you would have seen that I am aware of the
fact that software has bugs.  An acceptable inevitability.  What is
unacceptable is the refusal of vendors to fix their broken fucking
software for less than a small fortune, if they are even willing.  

Don't let your knee hit you in the face when it jerks like that.
