You are all assuming, of couse, that the end user is ever going to bother
reading the pop-up message warning them about the cert discrepancy.  I wonder
if any studies exist about how many windoze users actually read all the 
various popup messages that come on their screens, or just click on "OK"
as fast as they can to get rid of them.
