I use it on the busiest server I admin. I think qmail/vpopmail is
confusing to configure, but once it's set up it's easy to manage. It
also runs very reliably, I've never had any trouble with it.
I've been meaning to upgrade this server to doing IMAP, as well as
integrate some secure web-based management tools (everyone wants to
manage through a web browser these days) but simply haven't gotten
around to it yet.
